The Secretary General has the following duties and responsibilities:
- is the chief of administration
- is the leader of the Central Administration;
- is the chief of the faculty secretaries;
- is the official responsible for the efficient, economic and effective University;
- is the head of department directors within the Central Administration;
- is the official responsible for the technical preparation of the budget process;
- is responsible for other matters requested by the Board and the rector, which are not defined in this statute.
