SCHOLARSHIPS FOR A FULL MASTER PROGRAMME AT THE UNIVERSITY OF LUXEMBOURG

The University of Luxembourg is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships for students from
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia,
Montenegro or Serbia who would like to follow a Master degree programme at the University of
Luxembourg.
The scholarship is sponsored by the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs and consists in a monthly
allowance of 500€ (for a duration of 10 months per academic year) as well as free accommodation in a
student residence hall for the duration of the Master programme.
Available study programmes
The scholarship is available for candidates to the following study programmes:
 Interdisciplinary Space Master
 Master of Science in Civil Engineering - Megastructure Engineering with Sustainable Resources
 Master of Science in Engineering - Sustainable Product Creation
 Master in Mathematics
 Master of Science in Physics
 Master in Information and Computer Science

Please note that the enrolment fees are not waived for scholarship holders.
Application procedure
Interested candidates should submit their application by e-mail to [email protected] by 26th April
at the latest.
The following documents are required (scans are sufficient):
 identity photo
 copy of your passport
 copy of your previous university degree (Bachelor or equivalent)
 copy of the translation of the diploma if it is in a language other than English, French or German
 detailed transcript of all the grades obtained for the highest degree(Attention: for non EU
students, the copy of the transcript of marks has to come directly from your university)
 covering letter (explaining why you are interested in the field or course you apply for, detailing
your career goals, etc).
 detailed curriculum vitae
 contact details of two reference persons
 letter of recommendation
Please note that the copy of your diploma and transcripts of records must either have an apostille
affixed to it or undergo double legalisation.

The selected candidates will be notified by mid-May and will be asked to finalise their enrolment at the
