Notice of necessary action concerning the situation created after the filing of Covit-19 cases

Management of the University "Ukshin Hoti" in Prizren, pursuant to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo dated 13.03.2020, to take additional measures after confirming positive cases with Corona Virus COVID-19, will act as follows:
According to the instructions of the Ministry of Health, protection measures should be taken regarding hygienic measures, keeping the distance up to 2 meters, avoiding hand-to-hand greeting, avoiding group meetings, providing sufficient hand sanitizer. and other necessary hygiene products.
Reduced to essential operations and essential staff, jobs at all levels of the University, except maintenance and security staff.
The Dean's Office, the Secretary General, and the directors / heads of the respective units decide which essential staff they need to go to work if needed, if those jobs cannot be carried out at home, respectively to designate guardians as needed. .
Management and faculty deans, as appropriate and, depending on the situation, prepare the list of fostering staff and set the working hours for each of the fostering staff, of course, trying to make this commitment on a rotational basis.
Administration workers will only perform essential tasks.
The work will be carried out from home when possible.
When it is not possible to do any work from home, such as access to certain government systems, or the need for physical presence at work, workers may go to the office to do the necessary work and return home.
All work is done in communication with the direct superior.
Suspend all cultural and other activities at the University of Prizren.
The Rectorate calls for increased care to protect the health of oneself, family and society.
University management will keep you informed of further steps of the measures, depending on the situation that may arise and in communication with central institutions.
Non-enforcement of this decision is sanctioned under Article 250 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
