2018/19 Fall Term Erasmus+ Exchange Program Application - Prizren University - Anadolu University

We are delighted to announce application dates for Erasmus+ Exchange Program for students. In order to start Erasmus+ mobility for 2018-19 Academic Year Fall Term we need to take nominations from you until 19 March 2018.* The students will be chosen according to criteria written below:
1. GPA for BA students: minimum 2.20 over 4.00
GPA for MA students: minimum 2.50 over 4.00
GPA for Phd students: minimum 3.00 over 4.00
2. Language Certificate (Turkish or English B1 Level)
We accept the language certificate types written below:
-TOEFL IBT
-Pearson PTE
-CPE (Cambridge Certificate in Proficiency English)
-CAE (Cambridge Certificate in Advance English)
* If the students do not have a kind of language certificate written above, you may prepare a reference letter instead of these language certificates. Enclosed you may find a draft version for a reference letter.
* The final score is calculated as written below:

* The quato for Prizren University is: 1 Main Candidate
The areas of the students shall be selected according to the Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement signed between our Institutions.
* You may find below scholarship and transportation grant information for students:
Scholarship: 800 €/a month
Transportation Grant: 275 €
* Please enclose the documents that are written below while sending nominations until 19 March 2018:
All documents must be prepared by using computer!
1. Application Form (Attached)
2. Learning Agreement (Attached) (must be signed and stamped)
* The total credit must be between 28-32 ECTS. The line numbers must be same between Home and Host University tables. If the course numbers are different, the students may write two or more courses in the same line. The screenshot attached may help the students while preparing the document. The students can select the courses here: http://abp.anadolu.edu.tr/en/akademik/lisans . While choosing courses, please pay attention to medium of instruction and semester. The students are expected to select the courses belonging to odd number semester. Learning Agreement is for planning to course schedule at Anadolu University. After the students come to Anadolu University, it may be changed by any reason.
** The purpose of the Learning Agreement is to provide a transparent and efficient preparation of the study period abroad and to ensure that the student will receive recognition in his/her degree for the educational components successfully completed abroad. Enclosed you may find a guidelines on how to use the LA for studies. Please pay attention especially to the sentences highlighted in yellow about the recognition of the courses.

The Turkish National Agency require us to make sure all of our partners select the students according to the common criteria set by them. The easiest way to address this issue to receive a nomination letter that states you are aware of the criteria and select the students accordingly. Therefore, enclosed you are going to see a cover letter that we kindly ask you to undersign while you are sending your nominated students. As you can see, on this cover letter, it's been stated that the students are selected in accordance with the criteria decided by the Turkish National Agency.
6. Housing Application Form (Attached)
We try to find appropriate accommodations for our incoming students and match them with local students to share a flat.
