Erasmus + Monitoring visit for project PHDICTKES
On October 16, 2020, the Erasmus + Office in Prishtina had a monitoring visit to the University "Ukshin Hoti" in Prizren which is a partner in the PhDICTKES Project.
Representatives from the EU Erasmus + Office in Prishtina were welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science Prof. Assoc. Dr. Samedin Krrabaj at the University "Ukshin Hoti" Prizren. In the meeting were present, in addition to the dean of the FCS, also:
- Jehona Lushaku, Director of Erasmus + Office in Kosovo
- Blerina Zjaqa, Erasmus + Office - Kosovo
- Prof. Asoc. Dr. Ercan Canhasi
- Prof. Ass. Dr. Arsim Susuri
- Mr. Përparim Avdullahu, Head of Division-International Relations Office
- Mr. Tauland Thaqi, Acting Head of the Project Office
The Dean of FCS informed the Erasmus + officials about the general aspects of the involvement of the FCS in this project as well as in other projects, as well as about the benefits that FCS has from these projects.
Afterwards, Prof. Ass.Dr. Arsim Susuri (project coordinator for the University "Ukshin Hoti" Prizren) informed in detail the representatives of the Erasmus + Office in Prishtina about the progress of the project and the contribution given by the Faculty of Computer Science at the University "Ukshin Hoti" Prizren in this project.
The presentation started with the general overview of the project and the tasks led by the University "Ukshin Hoti" Prizren in this project, continued with the results achieved for the tasks that have been completed and plans for the tasks of others that will be completed in the future.
It was mentioned that due to the COVID-19 pandemic many visits were postponed, but activities continued online and work on the project did not stop.
At the end of the discussion and questioning session was chaired by representatives of the Erasmus + Office in Pristina and representatives from the University "Ukshin Hoti" Prizren.
