Welcome Session for New Employees
As a new professor, assistant or administrative staff, you are encouraged to attend our Welcome Session of Young Employees which was created to welcome you to the "Ukshin Hoti" University in Prizren and to ensure that you have a proper welcome to our academic community!
Employee Welcome Sessions
Each academic unit in the first week of each semester holds a meeting of the Faculty Council to welcome new staff where they are introduced to faculty members and general rules. The Dean of the unit submits the Statute, the Handbook of the employees and the Code of Ethics to each new employee of the faculty.
This information and orientation session is organized for full time academic staff or part-time.
Campus tours
All new employees are invited to take a walking tour on campus. Walking tours usually take place after New Employee Welcome Sessions and are led by the Dean of the Academic Unit.
Welcome sessions for administration employees are organized by the Office of Human Resources in the first week of work.
During the Welcome Sessions, new employees are also provided with an ID card, official e-mail and an UMS connection.
